Collection and storage of data for intrasystem and statistical purposes
The following data are transmitted to our web server each time you access our services:

Additional data processing
Additional data will only be collected and processed if a contractual relationship is to be established between yourself and VINN, defined or amended in terms of content. We will use data collected for this purpose only to the extent required to implement the contractual relationship.
If you contact us using the contact form provided on our site, we will store and use the data included therein (name, postal or email address, telephone number etc.) to perform the service or products requested by you and for future correspondence with you.

If data are collected to initiate or implement a contractual relationship, communication with us will be encrypted according to the state of the art to prevent misuse by third parties.
Storage and deletion of personal data
As soon as your personal data stored by us is no longer required for the purposes for which they were collected, they will be immediately and irrevocably deleted unless we are required by law to store such data. If we are required to store data, data will be irrevocably deleted upon expiry of the legally prescribed retention periods.
So-called “cookies” may be used in some cases on our site. They are small text files which are transmitted from our web server to your workstation. Cookies are used to recognise your workstation when you next visit the website and to provide information to the server about when you last visited our homepage and the pages you viewed.
